The double bedroom
This room is well-lit by natural light. It is located on the first floor of our house. It comes with a radio, satellite TV and free WI-FI. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a restroom. Also, there is a balcony with a table and chairs. From here you have a great view of the beautiful scenery of the Northern shore of Wörthersee. You can book this room with or without breakfast. A generous breakfast is served by our partner restaurant, which is only a few steps away from our place.
Apartments
Kusternighof has recently had a face-lift and now we can offer 3 sun-lit and spacious apartments to our guests! Our apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They have either direct access to a patio or a balcony with a great view of the Wörthersee area.
Apartment with patio
This apartment is located on the ground floor. It is very quiet since it is the only apartment on this floor. It is perfect for families with children and /or pets, with your own door leading to the patio and the spacious lawn. Your children can even go outside and play, and you can stay inside, without worrying about them. Our cosy barbecue area is located opposite the patio and you are welcome to use it at any time. An area with a table and chairs is also available in front of the apartment.
The apartment is about 45 sqm and accommodates 1 to 4 people max. The bedroom comes with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a restroom. In the bedroom there is satellite TV. The entry way offers enough space for your shoes and coats. From here you get to the cosy and spacious living / dining room. This room has a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, with a coffee machine, fridge, oven, toaster and a tea kettle. You can be a chef in your holidays, too! Satellite TV also in the dining/living room.
The sofa bed provides space for two more people.
Every guest will find sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper and cleaning products for the apartment (a few days worth) as well as tea towels and dish soap. Vacuum-cleaner provided.
A cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay.
Apartment with scenic view 1 and 2
These two apartments are located on the first floor, where it is exceptionally quiet. Ideal for families with children, they come with 2 balconies: on the southern balcony you can enjoy the warm sunrays, on the northern balcony you can take in the wonderful view of the Wörthersee area.
Seating area and laundry rack on both balconies.
Of course, you are more than welcome to use all our anemities (barbecue area, lawn, grounds).
The 2 apartments are 40 sqm each and can accommodate 1 to 4 people max.
The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe, satelllite TV and radio. The dining/living room is located opposite the bedroom.
Apartment with scenic view 1
This apartment has a spacious, sun-lit en-suite bathroom with an accessible shower for the disabled and a restroom. There is also a second restroom in the apartment.
The dining/living room can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen area is well-equipped, with a coffee machine, fridge, oven, toaster, a tea kettle etc. It has everything you need to prepare your own meal, even in your holidays! On the cosy bed sofa there is space for 2 more people. Satellite TV also in the dining/living area.
Apartment with scenic view 2
This apartment has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom, which is very modern and sun-lit, can be entered from the living/dining room.
The living/dining area can accommodate 4 people max. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, oven, toaster and a tea kettle. On the cosy sofa bed there is space for 2 more people. This room is very sunny. Satellite TV!
Every guest will find sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper and cleaning products for the apartment (a few days worth) as well as dish soap. Vacuum cleaner provided! A cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay.
We will gladly take care of your breakfast rolls and make sure you find fresh bread and/or pastries on your doorstep every morning! It is also possible for you to have a generous breakfast at our partner restaurant, only a stone’s throw away from Kusternighof!
